Great product. I was able to work with the artist to create a pouf with custom sizing and two-tone fabrics; this made the pouf exactly how I wanted it! Delivery was slightly delayed due to unexpected circumstances, but she was very communicative and shipped as soon as possible. Arrived in perfect condition. Looks great in the nursery!
